Content
This course introduces a systemic approach to sports performance, integrating exercise physiology as well as exercise immunology, psychology, genetics and epigenetics, laboratory analysis, manual therapy, and performance science. Participants will learn to understand human performance as the result of dynamic interactions between those systems.
The aim of the course is to provide clinicians with a broader clinical framework to move beyond a purely structural perspective, optimize performance and recovery, interpret relevant blood biomarkers, and better understand the athlete as an integrated and adaptive biological system.
