How can I register for a course?
You can register conveniently using our online form on the website.

Are there registration deadlines?
Registration is possible until shortly before the start of the course, if there are still places available. However, we recommend registering early as the number of participants is limited.

Will I receive a confirmation of registration?
Yes, once we have received your registration we will send you a written confirmation with all the relevant information.

How do I pay?
After your registration, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. Payment is processed securely and easily via Stripe – using credit card, debit card, or other payment methods supported by Stripe. Please make sure to observe the payment deadline stated on your invoice.

Can the invoice be issued to my company?
Yes, please enter your company’s invoice details when registering.

How are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 21 calendar days before the start of the course. If you cancel later, we charge the following fees:

  • 20-7 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee
  • From 6 days before the start of the course: 100% of the course fee

We recommend to take out a seminar cancellation insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG, in order to avoid financial disadvantages in the event of cancellation at short notice.

Can I send a substitute if I am unable to attend?
Yes, you can nominate a substitute. Please inform us of the name of the substitute before the start of the course and make sure that the person fulfills the requirements for the relevant course.

What happens if a course is canceled?
If a course has to be canceled by us (e.g. due to insufficient participants), we will inform you immediately and offer you alternative dates or a full refund of the course fee.

Will I receive a confirmation of participation?
Yes, after successful participation we will issue you with a confirmation of participation or a certificate.

Are there any funding programs for the course fees?
Depending on the federal state and individual situation, funding programs may be available. Please check with the relevant authorities or contact us – we will be happy to advise you.

Is the training recognized by professional associations such as OEGO or VOD?
Yes, our training programs are based on the quality criteria of leading professional associations such as the Austrian Society for Osteopathy (OEGO) and the Association of Osteopaths Germany (VOD). Official recognition or listing exists for certain programs. Details can be found in the respective course description or upon request from us.

Does the course offer certification, e.g. ISO9001?
We are ISO 9001 certified. This internationally recognized quality standard ensures transparent procedures, high standards, and continuous improvement. Our goal is to provide participants with reliably structured and high-quality continuing education.

Are the course materials included in the price? Yes, all the necessary documents are included in the course price and will be made available to you digitally.

What do I need to bring to the course?
The specific requirements vary depending on the course. As a rule, you will need writing materials and possibly a laptop. You will receive more detailed information after your registration.

Is catering provided during the course?
Yes, refreshments during breaks (snacks, drinks) are included in the course price. However, lunch is not provided. However, there are numerous restaurants and cafés in the area where you can eat during the lunch break.
